- Sweet plum tomato soup
- Pan seared scallops, served with cauliflower puree, baby watercress & bacon dust
- Pan fried duck's liver pate, served on toasted brioche with a raspberry balsamic reduction
- Trio of mushroom, mousse, rarebit & duxelle served with a port wine sauce
- Smoked salmon fillet, served with a light hollandaise sauce
- Beef bourguignon, slow cooked beef in a red wine sauce. Garnished with button mushrooms, baby onions & bacon lardons
- Seared seabass fillet, served on a spring onion rosti with a sorrel sauce
- Roast rack of lamb, served with dauphinoise potatoes & a broccoli mousse
- Grilled whole lemon sole served with a herb butter
- Roast belly pork, served with black pudding, cider fondant & a cognac jus
- 6oz sirloin steak, cooked to your liking and served with a pepper sauce
- Coq au vin, slow cooked chicken served with a rich red wine & mushroom sauce
- Pea & ricotta ravioli served with courgette spaghetti & a cream sauce
All served with a selection of vegetables or a side salad
