Soup of the Day
Freshly made using our finest produce.
Asparagus & Rocket Salad (V)
Tender poached Asparagus Spears resting on Rocket Leaves finished with a zesty Lemon Nut Brown Butter & Parmesan Crisps.
Seared Chilli Foie Gras
Finest Goose liver dusted with Chilli breadcrumbs & pan seared, placed upon wilted Pak Choi with a Tomato dressing.
Home cured Salmon Gravlax with Basil Fritters
Finest marinated Scottish Salmon layered with small Basil Fritters and crowned with Lime Crème Fraiche.
Roast Mediterranean Vegetable & Feta Galette (V)
Layers of Pesto Roasted Vegetables enhanced with Feta Cheese and served with sweet roasted Cherry Tomatoes & Warm Foccacia Bread.

A La Carte Main Course
Pan Fried Peppered Steak
Medallions of Fillet Steak, pan fried and finished with Red Wine Cream and Brandy touched with hot Peppercorn Sauce.
Seared Breast of Barberry Duck
Roast Barberry Duck enhanced with a Mulled Wine, Pear confit, Garlic, Smoked Bacon and spiced Red Wine sauce.
Slow Roast Pork Fillet
Tender Pork fillet stuffed with a Spinach & Pine Kernel mousse, moistened with a Thyme & Calvados Jus and served with a baby Tart Tatin.
Sirloin Steak Stilton
Sirloin steak pan fried to your liking served with a crumbled stilton & port wine sauce.

From the Sea
Pan fried Dover Sole
Market Fresh Dover Sole served with zesty lemon butter and griddled lemon.
Fillet of Sea Bass with braised Baby Gems
Lightly roasted Sea Bass on a bed of Baby Gems finished with a Vegetable Broth infused with Smoked Salmon.
Sauté Monkfish Medallions
Pan fried Monkfish tail on a bed of Butternut Squash with a Sun blush Tomato sauce & quenelles of Tapinade.
To Accompany there is a selection of potatoes and fresh vegetables available

A separate menu is available for desserts, and a selection of cheeses all freshly prepared by our chefs.
